I’m a UX Designer with five years in the car wash industry as a manager, I developed strong skills in operations, team management, and customer satisfaction. I also led marketing efforts, which involved creating promotional materials, managing social media, and analyzing customer feedback—skills that directly translate to understanding and enhancing user experiences in UX design.

Before this, I worked as a plumbing apprentice, where I honed my precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. These experiences taught me to enjoy solving complex problems and creating impactful solutions, which I now aim to apply in UX design.

Transitioning to UX design allows me to combine my passion for problem-solving with my desire to create user-centric solutions. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, a hobby that, like UX design, requires patience, strategy, and continuous improvement.
