Iā€™m a UX Designer with five years in the car wash industry as a manager, I developed strong skills in operations, team management, and customer satisfaction. I also led marketing efforts, which involved creating promotional materials, managing social media, and analyzing customer feedback skills that directly translate to understanding and enhancing user experiences in UX design.

Before this, I worked as a plumbing apprentice, where I honed my precision, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities. These experiences taught me to enjoy solving complex problems and creating impactful solutions, which I now aim to apply in UX design.

Transitioning to UX design allows me to combine my passion for problem solving with my desire to create user centric solutions. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf a hobby that like UX design requires patience, strategy, and continuous improvement.
